The ultra high pressure groove gate valve Z63Y-400 is a series of products developed in combination with APl 6D and API 6A in accordance with GB/T20173 and JB/T5298; The pressure rangeis: PN1.6~PN70 MPa, the temperature range is: -29~150°C, the caliber range is: DN25~DN200, and the end connection mode can be: single groove, double groove, and three groove; This product is mainly used in domestic coal mine underground emulsion comprehensive mining fluid supply and return system, as a hoist device.
Structural Characteristics
- The valve seat and valve plate adopt the process of spraying/surfacing hardware metal on the body, with a long service life.
- When the valve is fully open, the inner diameter of the valve can reach full bore opening, and the channel is smooth and straight, without flow resistance and pressure loss. It can pass through the cleaning ball and clean the pipeline.
- Fully enclosed structure, good protective performance, and can adapt to all-weather requirements.
- During the shell test, both ends of the valve are closed and the opening and closing parts are partially opened.
