Station Check Valve

Product Overview

The check valve of power station is suitable for the pipelines of petroleum, chemical,
hydraulic and thermal power plants with nominal pressure of pn20.0 ~ 32.0mpa, working
temperature ≤ 540 °C (including P (57) 170V and working temperature of 570 °C). Suitable
media are: water, oil, steam, etc.

Structural Characteristics

1. Pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted, and the two ends of branch pipes are welded.
2. Plane O-ring seal is adopted, and the seat is surfacing welded by stainless steel.
3. During the hydrostatic test, the plugging plate shall be loaded. After the hydrostatic test, the plugging plate shall be taken out and the hydrostatic test may be carried out for many times.
