Product Overview
Soft seal gate valve, using the whole gate rubber to produce deformation compensation effect, achieves good sealing effect, overcomes the phenomenon of poor sealing, water leakage and rust of general gate valve, and more effectively saves the installation space. It can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, textile, electric power, ship, metallurgy, energy system and other fluid pipelines as regulators and interceptors.
Structural Characteristics
- Overall rubber coating: the soft seal gate valve adopts the whole rubber coating, which has good covering performance and accurate geometric size to ensure reliable sealing and service life.
- Light weight: the valve body is made of nodular iron, light in weight and easy to install.
- Flat bottom valve seat: the same flat bottom valve seat design as the water pipe is adopted at the bottom, which does not produce debris deposition, and the sealing is morereliable.
- Three “O” seal: the valve rod is sealed with three O-rings, with small friction resistance, light switch and no water leakage.
