Q11F stainless steel ball valve is a relatively new type of ball valve. It has some unique advantages of its own structure, such as no friction on the switch, no wear of seal and small opening and closing
torque. This reduces the size of the actuator. Equipped with multi rotary electric actuator, the medium
can be adjusted and cut off tightly. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, urban water
supply and drainage, etc.
Structural Characteristics
Q11F stainless steel ball valve in the pipeline is mainly used to cut, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. Ball valve is currently widely used as a new type of valve, it has the following advantages:
1.The fluid resistance is small, and the resistance coefficient is the same as the length of the pipe section.
2.Simple structure, small size and light weight.
3.Compact and reliable, the current ball valve sealing material is widely used in plastic, good sealing, in the vacuum system has also been widely used.
4.Easy to operate, fast open and close, from full open to full close only rotation 90°, convenient for remote control.
5.Easy maintenance, simple ball valve structure, sealing ring is generally active, disassembly and replacement are relatively convenient.
6.When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and seat is isolated from the media, which will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface when passing through.
7.Wide range of applications, sizes from small to a few millimeters, large to a few meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can be applied. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, the inlet and outlet should all appear spherical, so as to cut off the flow.
