Power station globe valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting medium on pipes of thermal power plant, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, high temperature and pressure water, steam, oil, superheated steam, etc.
Structural Characteristics
- The valve cavity adopts pressure self-tightening sealing structure, the better the sealing performance;
- The sealing surfaces of discs and seats are sprayed and welded with Stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide, which is characterized by good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
- The valve stem is forged as a whole and has good corrosion and scratch resistance after tempering and surface nitriding treatment.
- The packing chamber of valve cover has reasonable depth, and the packing is sealed reliably by adding corrosion inhibitor.
