Product Overview
Buried welding ball valve is a special product used in natural gas pipeline. It consists of double-release pipe and directly-buried full-weld ball valve. The release pipe and directly-buried bar are manufactured according to customer requirements. The double-release pipe is on the left and right sides of the valve stem. During pipeline maintenance or maintenance, excess media can be released through the double-release pipe to reduce pressure and protect pipeline safety.The double-releasefull-welded ball valves manufactured by our company are characterized by stable performance, easy operation, exquisite appearance and long service life. Their performance is beyond that of ordinary ball valves.
Structural Characteristics
- With the release device, the switch is flexible and the torque is small;
- It is welded as a whole without external leakage.
- It is composed of pipe material with sufficient strength, low price, beautiful appearance and convenient construction.
- When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the discharge plug can be opened. When opening the drain plug, prepare a wrench to prevent the drain plug from suddenly disengaging. Valve sealing integrity can be checked with shut-off and drain functions. If discharge at one end of the valve does not stop, the seat may have leaked.
