MA control box is specially designed for controlling mine electric valve. The control box is used with flameproof valve electric actuator to realize the on-site operation of the valve. At the same time, the control box is connected with the remote DCS system to realize the remote automatic control of the valve.
Structural Characteristics
MA control box has the functions of stroke control, remote / local control switching, short circuit protection, overload protection, under voltage protection, over torque protection, open phase protection, phase sequence self identification, etc. In the remote control mode, it can receive control signals from DCS system, and provide feedback signals including opening to position, closing position, valve opening, fault alarm, etc. Users can also know the current valve status through the LCD on the control box, and open and close the valve through the field operation button.
On the basis of ensuring the flameproof performance, the series control box is designed as a quick opening structure, which is more convenient and quick in installation, maintenance and repair. At the same time, it also has the function of mechanical and electrical interlock to prevent misoperation, which makes the use and operation of the equipment more safe and reliable.
