Product Overview

Low temperature gate valve is suitable for methane, liquid natural gas, ethylene, carbon dioxide, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen and other low-temperature media.

Structural Characteristics

  1. In order to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the middle chamber, a pressure relief hole is set at the inlet side of the ram;
  2. The top length of the valve cover is determined according to the working temperature of the valve to ensure the reliable sealing of the valve stem packing;
  3. The materials of packing, gasket and other parts should be selected reasonably according to the working temperature;
  4. The chemical composition and low temperature impact toughness of the material should be strictly controlled;
  5. It adopts a variety of piping flange standards and sealing face type, which is suitable for various engineering needs.
