Product Overview
The high-pressure gate valve is suitable for various working conditions of petroleum, chemical and thermal power plants with nominal pressure of pn1.6 42.0mpa (cl150-cl2500) and working temperature of – 46 ~ 600 ℃.
Its main structural features are as follows
- The product has reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
- The sealing surface is overlaid with Co based cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.
- After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion
resistance and scratch resistance. - The valve is equipped with reverse sealing structure, which is reliable.
- The material and size of flange and butt welding end can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.

- Low fluid resistance, small erosion and erosion of sealing surface by medium (high opening height of gate);
- Strong opening, good sealing performance, medium flow is not restricted, no disturbance, no pressure drop;
