High pressure gate valve (bevel gear) is suitable for cutting off or connecting medium on pipelines of petroleum, chemical and thermal power plants with working pressure of 900-2500 LB and working
temperature of – 29-570 °C. Applicable media: water, oil, steam and other non corrosive media.
Structural Characteristics
- The valve and pipeline are connected with flanged structure.
- Fluid resistance is small, sealing surface by medium thin brush and erosion.
- The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is made of SLiTE, which has good abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance and long service life.
- The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, no disturbance, no pressure reduction.
- The valve cover stuffing box reasonable, packing with corrosion inhibitor, sealing reliable, smooth switch.
- Simple shape, short structure length, good manufacturing process, wide application range.
