Globe valve is suitable for water, steam, oil, superheated steam and other pipelines of thermal power plant, petrochemical industry, metallurgy and high temperature and high pressure. It is used to cut
off or connect medium.
Structural Characteristics
- The pressure self tightening sealing structure is adopted in the middle chamber of the valve, so the sealing performance is better;
- The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is spray welded with Stellite cobalt base cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance, high temperatureresistance, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance;
- The valve rod adopts integral forging structure, and has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance after quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment;
- The depth of the stuffing box of the valve cover is reasonable, the packing is added with corrosion inhibitor, and the sealing is reliable.
