Product Overview
The suction check valve is suitable for pipeline under nominal pressure PN20.0 ~ 32.0mpa and working temperature ≤540°C (including P(57)170V working temperature 570 °C) in petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, thermal power stations and other working conditions.
Applicable medium: water, oil, steam, etc.
Structural Characteristics
- The product is designed and manufactured according to E101 and JB / t3595 standards, with reasonable structure and excellent performance;
- The middle chamber of the valve adopts pressure self tightening sealing structure. The higher the medium pressure is, the better the sealing performance is;
- Both ends of the branch pipe are butt welded to meet different requirements of the nozzle;
- The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is made of Stellite cobalt based cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, scratch resistant and has long service life;
- High temperature and pressure resistant parts are made of high-quality heat-resistant alloy steel, safe and reliable, stable performance and long service life.
