Electric knife gate valve adopts the knife gate plate, has the good shear action, is most suitable for
the slurry, the powder particle material, the fiber and so on difficult control fluid, is widely used in the
papermaking, the petrochemical, the mine, the drainage, the food and so on the industry. Available in a variety of seats, and according to field control requirements, equipped with electric or pneumatic actuators for automatic valve operation.
Structural Characteristics
- Ultra-short structure length, save material, and greatly reduce the overall weight of pipeline system;
- Small occupancy of effective space, can effectively support the strength of the pipeline, can reduce the possibility of pipeline vibration;
- The gate is made of austenitic stainless steel, which can greatly improve the corrosion resistance and effectively prevent the seal leakage caused by the corrosion of the gate;
- Flexible PTFE is used as the sealing filler to ensure reliable sealing and flexible operation;
- The gate plate has the function of a knife, which can effectively break all kinds of sundries in the brake medium;
- The use of hard sealed stainless steel, disc spray welding treatment, can expand the valve on the temperature, pressure requirements.
