Duckbill valve is an ideal product for urban rainwater and sewage system, with full rubber structure, corrosion resistance and long service life. It is an ideal check valve product with less head loss.

Structural Characteristics

Duckbill valve body and duckbill are made of one body, and are equipped with gasket metal flange, which can be connected with metal flange naturally, and can be directly installed on tank body, pipeline and cofferdam. When installing and connecting, the size of flange and connecting flange should be corresponding. Waterproof glue should be added between flange and connecting flange according to the specific situation to ensure absolute sealing after connection and fastening. Attention should be paid not to damage the flange lip of flexible check valve. The rubber flange is connected with the valve body, so the installation is very convenient. The valve body adopts full rubber design, which will not cause silting and jamming, reduces the maintenance cost and allows the solid particles to pass through smoothly. It is mainly used in sewage system, discharge system, pump outlet, lifting pump station and submerged aeration system.
