APl globe valve is suitable for class 150-2500, working temperature ≤ 600 ℃ in petroleum,
chemical, thermal power plant and other working conditions, to cut off or connect pipeline medium.
Structural Characteristics
- The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with asmeb16.34 and rbs1873 standards, with structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance;
- The sealing surface is overlaid with Co based hard base metal, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life;
- After quenching and tempering and surface chlorination treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance,
- When the pressure is greater than or equal to class1500, the self tightening sealing structure is adopted in the cavity, and the sealing performance increases with the increase of internalpressure, which ensures the reliability of the seal;
- The valve is equipped with reverse sealing structure, which is reliable;
- Parts material and flange butt welding end size can be selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
