Product Overview
APl check valve is applicable to the pipeline of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry and other working conditions with pressure class of 150 ~ 2500lb and working temperature of -46°C~570 °C to prevent the backflow of medium.
Structural Characteristics
- The product structure is reasonable, the seal is reliable, the performance is fine, the shape is beautiful;
- The sealing surface is overlaid with Co based cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life;
- Built in pin shaft structure reduces leakage and is reliable to use;
- When the pressure is class15oolb, the self tightening seal is used in the middle chamber of the valve. The higher the medium pressure is, the better the sealing performance is;
- The material and size of flange and butt welding end can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
