300X Slow-closing Check Valve

Product Overview

300X slow closing check valve is an intelligent valve installed at the pump outlet of high-rise building water supply system and other water supply systems to prevent the phenomenon of medium
backflow, water hammer and water hammer. The valve has three functions of electric valve, check valve
and water hammer eliminator, which can effectively improve the safety and reliability of water supplysystem. The technical principles of slow opening, quick closing and slow closing to eliminate water
hammer are integrated to prevent water hammer from starting and stopping. The valve can be opened
and closed automatically according to the pump operation regulations by operating the pump motor open and close button, with large flow rate and small pressure loss. It is suitable for valves with diameter less than 600 mm.

Structural Characteristics

  1. The valve body adopts full channel and streamline design, with small fluid resistance and large flow rate.
  2. The joint of body, cover and piston rod is double sealed by sealing gasket and sealing ring without leakage.
  3. Double guide of valve body, piston cylinder and piston ensures stable and reliable movement.
  4. All stainless steel piston cylinder, integral casting piston and NBR sealing ring. Perfect combination greatly prolongs service life.
  5. The detachable valve seat with advanced technology has ingenious structure, novel conception and convenient maintenance and replacement.
  6. For the piston cylinder with guide hole, properly increase the resistance to make the piston movement more stable.
