Product Overview
Double bleed all welded ball valve is a special product applied in natural gas pipeline. It is composed of double relief pipe and directly buried all welded ball valve. The relief pipe and directly buried rod are manufactured according to the requirements of customers. One double relief pipe is located on the left and right side of the valve rod. During pipeline repair or maintenance, the redundant medium can be discharged through the double relief pipe to reduce the pressure and protect the safety of the pipeline. The double discharge all welded ball valve produced by our company has the characteristics of stable performance, simple operation, beautiful appearance and long service life, and its performance is beyond the reach of ordinary ball valve.
Structural Characteristics
- With the release device, the switch is flexible and the torque is small;
- It is welded as a whole without external leakage.
- It is composed of pipe material with sufficient strength, low price, beautiful appearance and convenient construction.
- When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the discharge plug can be opened. When opening the drain plug, prepare a wrench to prevent the drain plug from suddenly disengaging. Valve sealing integrity can be checked with shut-off and drain functions. If discharge at one end of the valve does not stop, the seat may have leaked.
