Flat gate valve is suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, urban pipeline, gas pipeline, transmission pipeline, vent system and steam storage device, and is used
as opening and closing equipment. It is suitable for long-distance pipeline of natural gas exploitation and purification.
Structural Characteristics
- The sealing structure of the seat shall be elastic with pre-tightening force, and the upper and downstream sealing seat shall be sealed at the same time. Face-to-face sealing is always between the seat and the seal;
- The seat has self-cleaning function, and in the valve open or close process is not directly washed by the air flow. Seat shall be made of lubricated, non-wear material;
- Valve actuator failure will not affect the other parts of the valve, repair and replacement work can be carried out without removing the valve.
