Product Overview
Flat gate valve is suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, city pipeline, gas pipeline and other transmission pipeline, vent system and steam storage device, used as opening and closing equipment. It is suitable for long-distance pipeline of natural gas exploitation and purification.
Structural Characteristics
The sealing structure of the valve seat shall be elastic with pre tightening force, and the upstream and downstream sealing seats shall be sealed at the same time. The valve seat and the seal are always face-to-face; the valve seat has self-cleaning function and is not directly scoured by the air flow during the opening or closing process of the valve. The valve seat shall be made oflubricated, non wearing materials; the failure of valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and the maintenance and replacement work can be carried out without removing the valve.
(1) Yoke sleeve – aluminum bronze yoke sleeve with needle thrust bearing to minimize operating torque.
(2) Stem – thread length up to bracket; pin and spot weld; stable.
(3) Pressure seal – simple construction with segmented retaining ring and silver plated mild steel gasket to facilitate disassembly and optimum bonnet seal
(4) Seat ring – welded seat rings are perpendicular to the flow path for easy maintenance.

(6) Yoke – the fully assembled yoke is seismic tested and easy to maintain and install the actuator.
(7) Gland – two piece, self-adjusting gland to avoid being ejected.
(8) Integral rear seat – hard facing for maximum service life.
(9) Disc – spring loaded disc is self-adjusting to reduce actuator torque requirements.
(10) Integral stop – integral casting bracket stop device, positioning the assembled bracket disc, making the valve seat more stable and reliable.
