Insulated Gate Valve

Product Overview

Insulated gate valve is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and other systems. It is suitable for opening and closing pipelines with nominal pressure of PN1.6 ~ 6.4Mpa(national standard) 150Lb ~ 300lb-600Lb (American Standard) and working temperature of – 29~425°C (carbon steel) and – 40 ~ 500 °C (stainless steel). The jacket of the valve is welded between the two flanges of the valve. The side and bottom of the valve are provided with jacket connection ports. The jacket can flow freely with steam or other hot insulation medium to ensure that the viscous medium
can flow smoothly through the valve.

Structural Characteristics

  • The jacket is welded between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the valve are provided with jacket connection ports.
  • The size of the connecting flange is one to two specifications larger than that of the common valve of the same specification, and the structural length is the same as that of the common valve of the same specification.
  • The jacket can flow freely through steam or other hot insulation medium to ensure that the viscous medium can flow smoothly through the valve.
