200X pressure reducing valve is a kind of intelligent valve that USES the energy of the medium
itself to regulate and control the pressure of pipeline. 200X pressure reducing valve is used for domestic water supply, fire water supply and other industrial water supply systems. The outlet pressure of main valve can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure reducing guide valve. The outlet pressure does not change with the change of inlet pressure and inlet flow rate. The outlet pressure can be maintained at the set value safely and reliably, and the set value can be adjusted according to the need to achieve
the purpose of reducing pressure. The valve is accurate in reducing pressure, stable in performance,
safe and reliable, convenient in installation and adjustment, and long in service life.
Structural Characteristics
- The valve body adopts full channel and streamline design, with small fluid resistance and large flow rate.
- The joint of body, cover and piston rod is double sealed by sealing gasket and sealing ring without leakage.
- Double guide of valve body, piston cylinder and piston ensures stable and reliable movement.
- All stainless steel piston cylinder, integral casting piston and NBR sealing ring. Perfect combination greatly prolongs service life.
- The detachable valve seat with advanced technology has ingenious structure, novel conception and convenient maintenance and replacement.
- For the piston cylinder with guide hole, properly increase the resistance to make the piston movement more stable.
