GLQ367F fully welded filter ball valve has a multi-purpose function, which not only cuts off themedium, but also has filtration function. This saves installation space, but also saves the traditionalpre-filter. It is easy to install and clean, convenient to install, fully welded structure and long service life.
Structural Characteristics
- Integral welding ball valve, no external leakage phenomenon.
- The valve seat is composed of PTFE sealing ring and spring, which can adapt to the change of pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage within the service range.
- The machining process of the sphere is tracked and detected by advanced computer detector, and the machining density of the sphere is high.
- The sealing ring is made of C-PTFE with 20%Carbon content to ensure no leakage at all.
- Compared with similar products with the same specifications, the valve body is small, light weight, beautiful appearance and long service life.
- Body, ball and side body are made of welded steel pipe.
The stem is sealed with double “O-ring” and is blowout proof. - The filter net and the ball are integrated together The filter net ball valve is connected in the pipeline with filtering function, which can be used instead of the filter, playing a multi-purposeeffect, saving the installation space and operation cost of the pipeline, and preventing impurities with diameter greater than 4.5mm from passing through.
- The filter screen adopts the groove design to ensure that the medium passes normally and the valve works normally when the impurity particles are blocked.The pressure relief valve is designed to adjust the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the valve body and improve the safety performance of the valve. At the same time, the screw ball valve can be used to replace the pressure relief valve to save time, effort, convenience and flexibility in operation.
