Product Overview

Butterfly valve refers to the closing piece (butterfly plate) for the disc, rotating around the valve
shaft to achieve the opening and closing of a valve, the main role in the pipeline to cut off and throttle.
The disc is driven by the stem and can be opened and closed once if it is rotated 90°. The flow of
medium can be controlled by changing the deflection Angle of the butterfly plate. Commonly used
butterfly valves are sandwiched butterfly valve, lug butterfly valve and flange butterfly valve. Butterfly
valve is suitable for the production of furnace, gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas, hot
and cold air, chemical smelting and power generation environmental protection, building water supply
and drainage and other engineering systems to transport a variety of corrosive, non-corrosive fluid
medium pipeline, used for regulating and cutting off the flow of medium.

Structural characteristics

  1. The valve adopts double eccentric structure, which has the sealing function of closing more tightly, and the sealing performance is reliable;
  2. Stainless steel and NBR oil resistant rubber are used as sealing materials, which have long service life;
  3. The rubber seal ring can be located on the valve body or butterfly plate. It can be used for different media for users to choose;
  4. The butterfly plate adopts frame structure with high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance;
  5. As long as the sealing valve seat material is replaced, it can be used in different media;
  6. The valve body has the function of two-way sealing. It is not controlled by the flow direction of medium or affected by the space position. It can be installed in any direction;
  7. The valve has unique structure, flexible operation, labor saving and convenience.
